Norman J. Riley of Bandera died Dec. 18, 2020, in Boerne, Texas. Riley was born April 22, 1946, in Floresville, Texas. He graduated from Jourdanton High School in 1965, joining the United States Army in October 1966. He was honorably discharged in 1969. Riley served an additional three years in the Army Reserves before working in oil field supplies as a business owner and operator. Years later after retiring, Norman moved to the Wharton’s Dock area in Bandera and attended the Ridin’ the River Cowboy Fellowship Church.
