Marilyn Sumrell Seale, a longtime resident of Medina, Texas, went to join her “tall, lanky cowboy” in heaven on Oct. 15 at the age of 91.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin H. Seale, the aforementioned tall lanky cowboy, a lifetime resident of Medina. Also preceding Marilyn in death were her two sisters, Erma Lee Haygood and Frances Horton.

Marilyn is survived by her daughters Sandra (Larry Parker) of New Boston, Texas, Patricia Seale of Medina, Texas, Robin (Steve Christopher) of Medina, Texas, and a son, Jay Seale (Gretchen) of Fredericksburg, Texas.

Marilyn is blessed with 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial for Marilyn will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, at the Church of Christ in Medina, Texas.
