Bobbie Jean Kotzur passed peacefully after an extended illness on June 26, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. She is now in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, dancing, singing and rejoicing with family and friends that have gone on before her. Bobbie was born on July 4, 1939 in San Antonio to Hazel Raye and Joe Morgan Billings. Bobbie was the last surviving child of her four siblings, Norma Trimble, Dorothy Andersen, Joe Billings Jr. and Thelma Smith. She spent nearly all of her life in San Antonio and Bandera, Texas, except for a few years spent in Albuquerque,
