Over 200 doses of the Moderna COVD-19 vaccine will be administered at the Silver Sage next Thursday, according to a Friday announcement from Bandera Emergency Management Carey Reed.

Registration can be done online at www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0c4daaa92aa5ffcf8-bandera2 or by calling 210-949-2121.

As of the Bulletin’s press deadline, just over 50 vaccine appointment slots remained.

The vaccine is available for all eligible adults, and appointment slots range from 9:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

There is no residency requirement to attend this clinic, and a social security number is not required.

A mask or face covering will be required on site.

Bandera County Emergency Management, who releases data given to them by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), reported Monday afternoon that there were 12 active cases of COVID-19 in Bandera County, 11 of which were considered new cases.
