Sixteen students honored for academic success

Sixteen students from Bandera County were recently named to Schreiner University’s Dean’s List and President’s List for the university’s spring semester.

From Bandera, Brian Ramos made the Dean’s List.

Zachary Lyman of Medina made the President’s List, and Loren Buenrostro of Tarpley was also named to the list.

Finally, Medina’s Vanessa Mendoza and Jalyn Otterman were named to the President’s List.

From Bandera, Gareth Darling, Baylee Parks, Cassandra Ranel and Meghan Sandidge were named to the Dean’s List.

Esperanza Sanchez of Lakehills was named to the Dean’s List.

Finally, Carra Gillaspy and Cody Schilhabof Medina made the Dean’s List.

To qualify for the President’s List, full-time students must have earned at least a 4.0 grade point average for the term, be passing all classes and have at least 12 hours credit for the term.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, full-time students must have earned at least a 3.50 grade point average, be passing all classes and have at least 12 hours credit for the term.
