Sheriff's office seeking volunteers in search for missing boy

The Bandera County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday morning via social media they are seeking assistance in the search for a five-year-old boy that went missing approximately 6:30 p.m. on March 7.

"Please head out to the gate at 554 Sharon Dr and let them know you are there to help," read a Facebook post.

The missing child was last seen wearing a neon green t-shirt, blue jeans and boots. He weighs between 50-60 punds and has blue eyes and brown hair.

Agencies including the Bexar County Sheriff's Offie and the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) have been aiding in the search since early this morning, with SAPD sending a search chopper out this morning.
