Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted.

Although reasonable care is taken, clerical errors may exist.

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations:

SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

During the week of Sept. 23-27, the following individuals were arrested:

Tanner Menchaca, 33, of Von Army, arrested Sept. 23 by SO on two charges of sexual assault, released Sept. 23; Krystal Stubblefield, 28, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 23 by SO on two, traffic warrants, released Sept. 23; Michael Cavazos, 38, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 23 by SO for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession by a felon, released Sept. 23; Michael Webb, 66, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 23 by DPS for DWI, released Sept. 23; Ursula Mascitelli, 61, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 23 by SO for retaliation and violating a court order; Randi Metz, 20, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 24 by SO for criminal trespass, released Sept. 24; Cody Kidwell, 22, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 24 by DPS for DWI, released Sept. 24; James Valdez, 56, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 24 by SO on a misdemeanor motion-to-revoke-probation warrant; Connie Jetton, 58, of Pleasanton, arrested Sept. 24 by SO for hindering apprehension/prosecution; Charles Harris, 32, of Lakehills, arrested Sept. 25 by SO for theft, released Sept. 29; Caron Thomas, 40, of Lakehills, arrested Sept. 25 by SO for possession of a controlled substance and theft, released Sept. 29; Cody Asbury, 26, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 27 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency; Terry Wiley, 35, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 27 by SO for driving with an invalid license and failure to appear, released Sept. 28; Stacy Wiley, 33, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 27 by SO for possession of drug inhalant paraphernalia and for failure to appear, release Sept. 28.

As of Monday, Sept. 30, the Bandera County Jail had 54 inmates, including four from Medina County, four from Real County and four from Frio County.
