In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.
During the week of Dec. 3-8, the following individuals were arrested:
Austen White, 23, of San Antonio, arrested Dec. 3 by DPS for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana; Russ Koch, 52, of Bandera, arrested Dec. 4 by SO on two, felony motion-to-revoke-probation warrants; Joshua Hallberg, 24, of Lakehills, arrested Dec. 5 by SO for driving without a license, released Dec. 6; Shelly Scott, 35, of Pipe Creek, arrested Dec. 6 by SO for public intoxication, released Dec. 7; Claudia Jimenez, 51, of San Antonio, arrested Dec. 6 by SO for assault with bodily injury; Robert Roach, 56, of Bandera, arrested Dec. 7 by SO for injury to elderly and retaliation; Nicholas Hernandez, 32, of Pipe Creek, arrested Dec. 8 by SO for a terroristic threat.
As of Dec. 9, the Bandera County Jail had 61 inmates, including three from Real County, three from Medina County and two from Frio County.
