Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted.

Although reasonable care is taken, clerical errors may exist.

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

From April 11-18 the following people were arrested in Bandera County:

David Camacho, 28, of Kerrville, arrested April 11 by Bandera County Sheriff’s Office (SO) for public intoxication, released April 11.

Terry Smith, 47, of Bandera, arrested April 12 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency.

Eryn Cook, 23, of Montgomery, arrested April 12 by SO on a bench warrant, for failure to appear and for theft between $20,000 and $100,000, released April 13.

Timothy Oaks, 33, of San Antonio, arrested April 13 by SO for possession of marijuana less than two ounces, released April 13.

Damian Crafton, 30, of Lakehills, arrested April 13 by So on three fugitive warrants.

Marcos Castro, 44, of Bandera, arrested April 14 by SO for assault with bodily injury, evading arrest with a vehicle, possession of marijuana between four and five pounds, manufacturing/ delivery of a page one controlled substance, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and assault with bodily injury.

Alexander Regh, 21, of Bandera, arrested April 14 by SO for possession of a controlled substance, released April 15.

Emilee Mayhew, 22, of Bandera, arrested April 18 by SO for assault with bodily injury.

Hampton Conn, 57, of Center Point, arrested April 18 by SO for possession of a page one controlled substance less than a gram.

As of Monday, April 18, 77 inmates were in the Bandera County Jail, two of which were from Real County. Of those 77 inmates, 62 were male and 15 were female.
