Silver Sage has expanded its senior services in the wake of the COVID 19 pandemic that threatens older people more often than the young, officials said.
“During this time, it is hard for seniors to get out and go the market; and when they do, most of what they need is already cleared out by other folks. We told our senior clients to stay at home, and let us help them,” said Silver Sage Chief Executive Officer Art Crawford.
Silver Sage already has sent out volunteers to shop for seniors, and the program is expected to grow, Crawford said.
