Favorite entertainers and crafts people are returning for the fifth Kerrville Renaissance Festival, to be held during the weekend of January 29-31, 2021, at the River Star Arts and Events Park, which is located on the grounds of the Hill Country Youth Event Center, 3785 TX-27 in Kerrville.
