Grant helps students get iPads

Officials with the Medina Community Library has acquired iPad tablet computers thanks to a grant from the Bandera Electric Cooperative Charitable Foundation that were checked out to Medina Independent School District students who needed them for their schoolwork while classes have been cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak. The library announced the grant on its Facebook page and thanked the foundation for its valuable assistance. The number of iPads that were acquired and handed out was not available.
