The Bandera Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is planning to decorate the city park and courthouse lawn with Christmas lights this year, and they are seeking volunteers to help with setting up and taking down the Christmas decorations.
The EDC will be hosting a round table discussion at 5:30 p.m. on August 12 at the Rec Center meeting room at Mansfield Park, located at 2886 Hwy 16 just outside Bandera city limits.
Individuals and organizations interested in volunteering are encouraged to attend the meeting.
EDC officials say they are looking for “leaders for the project as well as people willing to do the work.”
Set up will occur Saturday, November 20, 2021, and take down will occur January 8, 2022.
