The Bandera Economic Development Corp.’s board of directors, recently reformulated after three board members left, was remade again by City Council on Aug. 11, with most of the old board disbanded and two new members named to the group.
Council in a series of votes taken with little discussion on Aug. 11 dissolved the existing EDC board with the exception of Mayor Suzanne Schauman and Councilwoman Lynn Palmer and appointed Councilwoman Rebeca Gibson and city Utility Clerk Laura Losoya to two of the openings so the board would have enough members for a quorum.
