The deadline to apply for one of three openings on the board for the Bandera Economic Development Corp. is Thursday, July 16, at 5 p.m., the close of the business day, at the Bandera Municipal Building. The city has been looking for people to apply for the three openings since the former president and vice-president of the board resigned on June 18, citing turmoil that had arisen in the board’s relationship with Bandera City Council, which appoints the BEC board.
