Dollar General is building its fourth outlet in Bandera County, the newest one at 3918 Highway 16 South near Polly Peak Drive, company officials said last week. The 7300-square-foot store between Ranger Collision & Custom and the Mahindra tractor outlet on Highway 16 has progressed rapidly in the last two months and is tar geted for an opening in the fall, a company spokesperson said.
