Unphased by a preliminary decision from state regulators that could clear the way for final review of a wastewater permit for a Tarpley area youth camp, a determined group of opponents met Sunday, Nov. 10, to find ways to delay or block that permit and to combat a separate water rights permit the camp is seeking.
