Toni Manchester, owner of CENTURY 21 The Hills Realty in Kerrville, Fredericksburg and Hunt, announce that his realty company had won the CENTURY 21 President's Award in 2019 for outstanding sales and a commitment to service.

The annual award is given to independent CENTURY 21 offices that earn the CENTURY 21 Centurian award and the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle award in the same calendar year, a news release about the honor said.

The Centurian Award is presented to CENTURY 21 offices that achieve or surpass sales production of $2,568,000 or 465 closed transactions in a calendar year.

The CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award is presented to those independent offices that receive satisfaction results from at least 50 percent of the consumers surveyed from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 of the applicable year, with a survey score of 95 percent or better for two consecutive years.

''We are thrilled to recognize the work of CENTURY 21 The Hills Realty for this momentous achievement,'' said Mike Miedler, chief executive officer at CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC, which bestows the awards . ''This is an outstanding honor since only a small percentage of C21 franchisees in the United States receive this award.''

The release said CENTURY 21 The Hills Realty also ended 2019 ranked No. 5 among CENTURY 21 companies in Texas and in the top 100 in the United States.
