In a week when Americans marked the 160th anniversary of the end of the Civil War, the Bandera County Democrat Club held their monthly meeting virtually and welcomed a legislative update from special guest, Darcy Caballero, Policy and Advocacy Strategist at the Texas Democratic Party.
