Burnt remains found near Red Bluff Ranch Road last week have been identified as Sean Duffy, a 56-year-old male who had been reported missing by an acquaintance on July 16, according to Bandera County Chief Deputy Matt King. Duffy, 56, resided in the 100th block of Cypress Bluff in Pipe Creek. King said the next of kin, a son who lives in the panhandle, has been notified. Duffy’s remains were found last Wednesday off Red Bluff Ranch Road last Wednesday when an individual returned to a scene looking for his wallet after crashing his car and being ejected from his vehicle, according to ...
