Monday, Aug. 17, dawned clear and cool with a slight breeze. There was no better morning for students to return to class in the Bandera Independent School District. As students who opted for the in-school learning option arrived on campus, they were guided by teachers and administrators through new procedures necessary in the era of COVID 19.
