Bandera student earns scholarship

Capital Farm Credit continued its commitment to youth in agriculture through the allocation of 100 scholarships to students across Texas this year, the financial services firm said in a news release earlier this month. Bandera High School senior Zakary Widenor was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from Capital Farm Credit’s Kerrville Branch Office. Each of Capital Farm Credit’s branch offices awards at least one, $1,000 scholarship to deserving high school applicants.
