The Bandera Farmers Market offers locally grown produce, canned goods and fresh sauces on Thursday mornings from 8 – 11 a.m.
Farmers and vendors gather in front of Gringo’s Burritos at 702 Main St. in Bandera to sell locally grown produce, bread, duck eggs, sauces and jellies, honey and soaps to area residents and visitors at the market.
It is open year-round, but the produce available varies by the season.
For budding farmers and vendors, there is no fee for a spot to sell products at this market. The only stipulation is that whatever is sold has to be locally grown or made.
