Bandera contemplates state ‘music friendly’ designation

An effort by local and state officials, area musicians and others tied to the music industry to broaden Bandera’s longtime music legacy and entertainment reputation kicked off on Aug. 10. Gov. Greg Abbott announced on Aug. 7, that the Texas Music Office and the Bandera County Convention & Visitors Bureau would co-host a virtual Music Friendly Community workshop on Aug. 10.
