Special to the Bulletin John Oliver, co-owner, head brewer and general manager of the Bandera Ale Project, has been named one of the winners of the inaugural Hill Country 40 Under 40 awards handed out by the Kerr Economic Development Corp. to area entrepreneurs who exhibit outstanding qualities of innovation and leadership. A panel of judges selected by the economic development corporation evaluated each nominee and recommended the top 40 individuals for the awards, which are reserved for business and civic leaders under the age of 40.
