Tiffany Kanatani Hayes running for Place 3 of BISD School Board of Trustees

After serving for 3 years as President of the Alkek PTO Board, I have decided to run for BISD School Board of Trustees. I grew up in Louisiana and moved to Bandera in 2015 and fell in love with the community.

I am eager to continue to serve the community and strive to help the district make a world wide impact and maintain the small town values.

With no specific agenda in mind, I hope to contribute to making the district a better place for all the students and staff. Being a former teacher and having two children currently attending Alkek, I am personally invested in the success of this district. I have a good understanding of the vision and goals of BISD and look forward to helping the school board communicate their needs to the community. I intend on collaborating with the other members of the board and the superintendent with my primary focus being on the success of our students.

I enjoy volunteering and helping others, and look forward to serving the community for years to come. Thank you for your support!
