Bandera High School’s Homecoming Week started off with a parade through town and a homecoming pep rally with bonfire on Monday.

Many of the school’s clubs and organizations had floats in the parade. Community members took part by showing their spirit as well by decorating golf carts and cars for the parade. The parade even had horses and dirt bikes escorting the Bulldogs to the pep rally.

This Friday, the Bulldogs will play the Manor New Tech Titans. Bandera ISD is going all out this week to pump up spirit for Friday’s contest.

Homecoming spirit and Bulldog pride were evident at the pep rally at the back of the campus near the bonfire site. Students cheered and the cheer squads performed on a long trailer.

While preparing for the bonfire, several student fall sports team representatives gave rousing reports on their progress and supported their football team by wishing them luck on the gridiron.

All campuses are joining in the fun by having theme dress up days during this week.
