The Hill Country Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists held a Welcome Reception for members of the 2019 training class on Aug. 19 in Kerrville. Through the annual training course, chapter officials strive to equip a corps of well-informed volunteers whose objectives are to provide education, outreach and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within their local communities.
