The 24th Annual Cowboy Capital Pet Assistance League Pet Parade will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 4, in the Bandera City Park by the Medina River near the Highway 173 bridge. Pet lover are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and watch all manner of treasured pets parade down the pathway in the lower level of the park in a kid friendly event designed to celebrate Independence Day in fun fashion.
