Christmas turkey flying to legion

American Legion Post 410, located in Lakehills, is hosting its free annual Christmas dinner on Saturday, December 19. Food service will begin at noon and end when supplies run out. In a departure from previous years’ events, service will only be available through drive-thru pickup. While the meal is free, legion commander Susan Parr said in a release that donations are appreciated. “As President of the Auxiliary and Commander of the Post 410, we sincerely hope this season is one of healing and hope for a brighter new year in 2021,” said Parr [sic].
