RACISM REPLY

The October 19, 2022, issue of The Bandera Bulletin published a letter to the editor slamming me and my article about Republican racial gerrymandering in Texas. The lengthy letter attacking me cited the history of racism in the Democratic Party.

Perhaps the author -John Schuetze – didn’t read the 3rd sentence in my 500-word article.

“Yes,” I wrote, “Democrats did gerrymander districts in days long gone, but 2 wrongs don’t make a right.”
