D’Spain Sales and Service Joins Beyer Air Conditioning & Heating

D’Spain Sales and Service has officially joined the Beyer Air Conditioning & Heating family, combining two companies to expand service and resources across the Texas Hill Country.

A PR release from Beyer said the move ensures customers of both companies will continue to receive the same friendly, skilled technicians they have come to know, with all existing maintenance agreements honored.

“Our two companies have always shared a commitment to exceptional service, and now that we’re one team, that dedication will only get stronger,” said a Beyer Air Conditioning & Heating spokesperson.

Officials said the merger allows for faster response times and increased scheduling flexibility, with access to a full suite of services including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and water well services.

Beyer emphasizes that the integration will simplify home maintenance for customers by providing a single trusted partner for multiple needs.

“We are thrilled to welcome D’Spain’s clients to the Beyer family,” the spokesperson added. “Our goal is to continue the tradition of quality and care that homeowners in Bandera and the surrounding Hill Country have come to expect.”

Customers with prepaid maintenance plans through D’Spain will see no changes to their agreements and can continue requesting their preferred technicians, according to Beyer.

The combined company maintains locations in Bandera, Selma, Rockport, Marble Falls and Corpus Christi.
