Born in Tarpley to Frank and Hazel Heinen January 12th, 1941, and married to Patsy Kathleen Bauerlein on April 5th, 1963, he lived a long, full life. Heinen started his career as a lineman at Bandera Electric Cooperative and retired as the Outdoor Operations Manager after 44 years. He was also a member of the Medina School Board.
