Powerlifting workouts started

With the Thanksgiving break now over, the Bandera Lady Bulldog powerlifting workouts, as well as other balance, core, explosion, flexibility, and mobility workouts, have now started. Those Lady Bulldogs who are interested in making significant athletic 

improvement in a relatively short period of time are encouraged to attend one of these different workouts on a regular basis. Workouts start as early as 6 a.m. Monday-Friday however, on most days, the Lady Bulldog student-athlete may arrive between 6:30 a.m. and 6:40 a.m. and still be able to complete the workout by 7:20 a.m. From now until the Christmas/New Year’s Holiday break, after school workouts will be held, starting at 3:40 p.m. and ending at 4:20 p.m. for those who miss the earlier workouts.
